Hospital Services
Our hours are by appointment only, and these appointments allow us ample time to care for all pets and our scheduled surgical procedures properly. We make a sincere effort to see that all appointments are on time. A phone call is appreciated if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
We ask that all pets be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before exiting your vehicle in our parking lot. This eliminates any problems that may arise because a pet is in a new environment and may be feeling uneasy.
Upon your arrival at our hospital, you will be greeted by one of our receptionists. We will briefly verify the reason for your visit and get your chart ready for the technicians. Since this is your first visit, you will be asked to complete a New Client Welcome Form. If you want to download the form and fill it out before your visit, please CLICK HERE.
When an exam room becomes available, one of our technicians will call your pet’s name and escort you and your pet into one of three exam rooms. If there are specific things you would like to have done, such as having your pet’s nails trimmed or ears cleaned, or particular concerns or questions you would like answered, this is the best time to request it. We are always happy to answer questions regarding your pet’s care.
