Appointment Information

Our hours are by appointment only and these appointments allow us ample time to properly care for all pets and for our scheduled surgical procedures.  We make a sincere effort to see that all appointments are on time.  A phone call will be appreciated if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.  However, just as with humans, accidents and emergencies do arise or a client may underestimate the condition of their pet.  It is preferable that you call us in advance in these emergency situations in case your pet needs to be taken to an alternate veterinarian for optimal treatment.  In these emergency cases, the sick or injured pet will be seen at once.  We hope that all of our clients are compassionate enough to understand and either wait with patience or reschedule as these circimstances are beyond our control.  Some day, your pet may need the same prompt attention and we will spend the necessary time with them as well.  Thank you for your understanding.

We ask that all pets be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before exiting your vehicle in our parking lot.  This eliminates any problems that may arise because a pet is in a new environment and may be feeling uneasy.

We also ask that you call our office during our regular business hours to speak with a receptionist so they can schedule your appointment for a time that is both convienient for you and for us.  Please understand that we can not make appointments via e-mail nor does our answering machine record messages.
