Appointment Information

Our hours are by appointment and these appointments allow us ample time for all pets and for scheduled surgical procedures.  We make a sincere effort to see that all appointments are on time.  A phone call will be appreciated if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.  However, just as with humans, accidents and emergencies do arise or a client may underestimate the condition of their pet.  It is preferable that you call us in advance in these emergency situations in case your pet needs to be taken to an alternate veterinarian for optimal treatment.  In these emergency cases, the sick or injured pet will be seen at once.  We hope that all of our clients are compassionate enough to understand and either wait with patience or reschedule as these circimstances are beyond our control.  Some day, your pet may need the same prompt attention and we will spend the necessary time with them as well.  Thank you for your understanding.  Walk-ins will be seen after emergencies and scheduled appointments as time allows and may be subject to a walk-in/emergency charge.

We ask that all pets be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before exiting your vehicle in our parking lot.  This eliminates any problems that may arise because a pet is in a new environment and may be feeling uneasy.
